Bessertrim are committed to providing high quality, fully tested, fully safe products to market.
Where appropriate, all machinery supplied by BesserTrim is CE marked and compliant with the EC ‘Machinery’ Directive 2006/42/EC together with all corresponding ISO and ANSI standards.
Save for any products supplied by BesserTrim with a factory warranty and guarantee (e.g. Honda engines), all products supplied by BesserTrim are warranted to be fit for purpose at the time of delivery and supplied with the following guarantee:
BesserTrim will make good by either repair or, at our option, replacement of any products (other than consumable items) which exhibit any defects which, under proper use, appear in the goods within a period of 6 months (trade) or 12 months (domestic consumer) unless otherwise stated and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design. Any goods replaced or repaired under this paragraph will be guaranteed on these terms for any unexpired portion of the guarantee given on the original goods.
